Chicago Bears receiver Javon Wims was ejected, and could face a suspension, after punching New Orleans Saints safety Chauncey Gardner-Johnson in the head twice early in the third quarter of yesterday’s 26-23 Saints overtime win.
“I thought he did good job keeping his poise the rest of the game,” Saints safety Malcolm Jenkins said of Gardner-Johnson.
