WITH JOJO SIXERS WIN 77.1% OF GAMES, 2ND-BEST IN NBA, CELTS 1ST!

By Art Beitchman

The long-awaited return of Sixers center Joel Embiid in last night’s victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder 109-105 couldn’t have been any sweeter.

He dropped 24 points after a 2 month absence from the team recovering from knee surgery.

All the talking heads on ESPN who said Embiid should pack it in for the season couldn’t be aware of the Sixers record with Embiid on the court.

They are currently 27-8, a percentage of .771. Only one other team has a better percentage, the Boston Celtics at .787 who also have the league’s best record at 59-16.

Bottom line, when the Sixers have their whole team intact they can beat any team in the NBA.

And that’s the biggest factor in having Embiid ready for the playoffs that will start in a couple of weeks.
