WHAT HALL OF FAMER RAY DIDINGER REALLY THINKS OF THESE BIRDS!

By Peter Gleason

In case you’ve been in a groundhog hole with Punxsutawney Phil for the past 53 years, Ray Didinger (here with his son David) is the superstar of scribes who have ever covered the Eagles.

He started at the Bulletin as a 23-year-old in 1970, and today he is imparting his wisdom and judgment on NBC Sports Philly as the Birds shoot for their second Super Bowl title in five years.

The Ringer’s Sheil Kapadia and Ray discuss everything from Ray’s time covering the Birds to the evolution of Jalen Hurts as a QB and Nick Sirianni as a head coach.
