Jayson Tatum guided the Celtics to a 100-96, Game 7 win over Miami with 26 points, 10 rebounds, six assists, four triples, one steal, two swats and two turnovers in 46 minutes.
Back in 2018, Tatum was part of a Celtics team that blew a 3-2 lead to the Cavs in the Eastern Conference Finals, so he was determined to not let history repeat itself.
He gave Boston clutch buckets down the stretch to ensure the win, and he’ll now be taking the Celtics back to the Finals for the first time since 2010.
Also, he took home the Larry Bird, Eastern Conference Finals MVP Award.
