Alec Bohm, the 2020 NL Rookie of the Year runner-up, entered camp as the favorite for the job at third base, but Stott, who is the Phillies’ No. 1 prospect, impressed this spring and began to play third base with about a week and a half of camp remaining.
NEWS: the #Phillies have told Bryson Stott and Alec Bohm that they have made the Opening Day roster. Team will need to clear a spot on the 40-man roster for Stott.
