SIXERS THYBULLE FLASHES OFFENSE: WHY CAN’T HE KEEP IT UP?

By Tommy Matthews

Matisse Thybulle had 10 points (3-of-5 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), one rebound, two assists, two steals, and two 3-pointers in Monday’s 119-109 loss to the Magic.

Long known for his defensive prowess, Thybulle had one of his best offensive games of the season, hitting double figures in two of his last three games, moving his total to three on the year.

The 28 minutes are the most Thybulle has played in a game since November 12, when he played 30 in a win over the Hawks.

Thybulle’s defense will keep him in the rotation; improved offense could keep him on the court, especially with P.J. Tucker (zero points, four rebounds, two assists, and one block in 28 minutes) offering little in that regard.
