Stephen Curry said after Saturday’s 102-93 loss to the 76ers that he and the Warriors “will make the right decision accordingly” regarding his status for tonight’s game against the Pacers.
Tonight is the first of a back-to-back for the Warriors, who visit the Knicks Tuesday night. And with Curry seven 3-pointers away from the NBA’s all-time record, that could be factored into the team’s thinking.
He did play in both ends of the Warriors’ most recent back-to-back (December 3-4), but Curry was rested for the second half of one back on November 19.
If he sits tonight, the scene at Madison Square Garden will be wild as Curry continues to pursue the 3-point record.
