After beating the LeBron-less Lakers the other night, the 76ers are tied for the 3-seed in the Eastern Conference standings, a half-game back of No. 2 Milwaukee and 1 1/2 behind No. 1 Miami.
Getting the 1 seed is key, but 2 or 3 would likely get the Sixers a favorable opponent in the 1st round of the playoffs with home court advantage.
The Hawks and Hornets are foes they could face as two teams lined up for the play-in games as the regular season winds down.
Two road games are still on the schedule this week:
Tonight at the LA Clippers and Sunday at Phoenix, the top Western Conference Suns with 10 games to play in this 82- game marathon.
