SIXERS MAY SNAG 7-6 TACO (BELL) FALL IN TONIGHT’S 2ND ROUND!

By Art Beitchman

The 76ers will not be at the top of the 2019 NBA draft board tonight, and we have their 51-win performance to thank for that.

But they do hold the number 24th pick in the first round, and four picks in the second round as the NBA draft has been truncated to just two rounds the last few years.

A few players have been associated with the Sixers 1st round selection including Cam Johnson from North Carolina, Ty Jerome from University of Virginia, Terrence Davis, Mississippi. Of course trades up, trades down could shake up all those plans.

Villanova PF Eric Paschall has also been rumored to be a player they might draft at 24.

Second round picks are even more of a turkey shoot. The late Sixer center Manute Bol’s son, Bol Bol, is about to be drafted, a possible backup for Joel Embiid?

Also Taco (Bell) Fall the 7-6 giant has been projected to go to Philly with one of those 2nd round picks.

The 73rd NBA draft will take place at the Barclay Center, 7pm/ESPN
