The Sixers are rolling out West on a 5-game road trip, winning the first three after beating the LA Clippers last night 120-110 behind another monster effort by star center Joel Embiid’s 41 point game.
The 1-2 punch of James Harden and Embiid is becoming the most formidable in the NBA, with the potent production from these two All-Star players has become a winning combo.
The Sixers have won 16 out of their last 20 games, are in the 3rd seed in the Eastern Conference standings and moving up, with guard Tyrese Maxey coming off the bench the second unit has become a strength on a team with lots of weapons.
With two games remaining on this road trip at Portland and Sacramento, the team can get back to Philly on a nice roll just weeks before the All-Star break in February.
