SIXERS HARDEN ONLY 19TH-BEST NBA PLAYER: SINKING LIKE A ROCK!

By Jerry Traub

The Ringer put out its latest ranking of the top 125 players in the league and James Harden comes in 19th on the list:

One of the most prolific creators of his generation has become one of the league’s great unknowns.

It’s clear the version of Harden suiting up for the Sixers isn’t the same, dominant player who drove elite offenses (and led the league in scoring) year in and year out in Houston.

What remains to be seen is how much of that former MVP is really left — and how willing Harden will be to adapt to his new reality.

Harden averaged 21 points and 6.1 rebounds while shooting a career-high 38.5% from deep. He led the league in assists at 10.7. While the playoff run had extreme ups and downs, he remains an impact player that teams can rely on.
