SIXERS BROWN WILL BE FIRED IF GAME 7 IS LOST, N. Y. TIMES REPORTS!

If you listen to sports talk radio in Philly, you are no doubt aware that a fair percentage of Sixers Nation wants coach Brett Brown gone.

That might sound harsh, considering he has nursed the the franchise from the Process to NBA Relevance.

But there it is.

Here’s what the New York Times’ Marc Stein, one of the best-wired reporters in the NBA, writes:

“Beyond the uncertain fates of Jimmy Butler, Tobias Harris and the sharpshooting J.J. Redick, rumblings in league coaching circles have grown louder by the day that 76ers Coach Brett Brown needs an NBA finals berth to keep his job.

Brown, I’m told, has little chance of surviving a second-round exit.
