Jahlil Okafor wouldn’t open at No. 1 if Joel Embiid were healthy and about to take a big chunk of minutes from the center-power forward rotation, but there is no way at this point to count on Embiid and many ways to count on Okafor’s interior scoring. Despite one season at Duke, despite concerns about his defense, the No. 3 pick will put up numbers.
