It shouldn’t come as a shock that the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft is the early favorite to win Rookie of the Year.
Ben Simmons, who was selected by the Sixers first overall, leads the rookie class with 13-4 odds to win the award, followed by Buddy Hield (11-2), Brandon Ingram (13-2), Kris Dunn (15-2) and Jamal Murray (12-1).
