Ben Simmons would still like to be traded, as he and the Sixers remain at an impasse, according to a published report by ESPN’s Tim Bontemps and Bobby Marks.
The ESPN report states “sources confirmed Simmons has threatened to skip the start of training camp in an effort to put pressure on Philadelphia to make a move” with Bontemps and Bobby Marks writing that Big Ben hasn’t been traded yet “because Damian Lillard and Bradley Beal aren’t available yet.”
With just three weeks left before the start of training camp, both sides are still locked in a staredown.
