Eagles defensive end Derek Barnett (hamstring) and running back Miles Sanders (hamstring) are out of tomorrow’s game.
Vinny Curry is expected to start at defensive end opposite Brandon Graham, while Boston Scott said on Friday that he was prepared for an expanded role with Sanders injured. Good news is that running back Corey Clement was a full participant on Friday and not included on the game status report. The Eagles also have rookie Jason Huntley, who was claimed last week off waivers from Detroit.
Offensive tackle Lane Johnson is questionable with an ankle injury. Defensive tackle Javon Hargrave is out with pectoral and hamstring injuries. Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is out with a foot injury.
McGill was with the Eagles in 2018, playing in two games. The 6-0, 299-pound McGill also played in regular-season games for the Colts, Browns, and, most recently, the Chargers. He was signed to the practice squad earlier this week. Opeta, a rookie free agent signing of the Eagles in 2019, was promoted to the active roster during his first NFL season, but never played in a game.
