The Eagles knew they were getting a really good pass rusher when they signed linebacker Haason Reddick to a multi-year million dollar free agent contract last May 14.
But the Temple alum and Camden native has given them even more than they had hoped for.
Reddick gave them 16 QB sacks in the regular season, then upped the ante in the two playoff games punching their Birds ticket to Super Bowl 57.
Reddick produced one sack in the Giants game, then two against the 49ers in the NFC title game, including a forced fumble on 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy, injuring his throwing arm on the play.
QB Jalen Hurts has also led them big time in the playoffs, his regular season going 16-1 in games he’s started goes a bit overlooked, his completions of 72% inside the pocket are No. 1 in the NFL.
Hurts’ 15 rushing touchdowns are the most in the history of the league.
The Eagles are healthy and ready to go to Arizona in on Feb. 12 and win the Super Bowl with this very talented roster.
