Phils reliever Seranthony Domínguez pitched a perfect inning against the Blue Jays on Sunday.
Whereas Craig Kimbrel’s velocity is creeping back up after starting the spring down, Domínguez is still having issues, with his pitches currently down 2-3 mph from last year and his spin rates also having tumbled.
It’s entirely possible that he’ll be able to turn it on when the games start to matter, but there does seem like reason to be nervous at this point.
