PHILS SCHWARBER JACKS 36TH — 50 IS POSSIBLE!

By Sarah Paley

Kyle Schwarber went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer and four RBI in the Phillies’ loss to the Diamondbacks.

Schwarber delivered a second-inning RBI single and a three-run moonshot to right field off Diamondbacks lefty Madison Bumgarner in the fourth inning for his National League-leading 36th round-tripper this season.

The 29-year-old slugger is on pace to easily eclipse the 40-homer plateau for the first time in his career and might even have a shot at reaching 50 homers this season in his Phillies debut.
