Bryce Harper went 2-for-5 with a double and a pair of runs scored last night in his return to the Phillies’ starting lineup against the division-rival Braves.
Harper reached base safely in three of his six plate appearances in the blowout victory after missing seven of the Phillies’ previous eight games due to a combination of wrist and face injuries.
The 28-year-old has been hitting .322/.449/.598 with 20 runs scored, six homers and 10 RBI across 107 plate appearances. He’s even chipped in three stolen bases for good measure.
