PHILS ADD TONY WATSON, WHO’LL HAVE TO EARN ROSTER SPOT!

The Phillies have signed a minor league contract with veteran left-handed reliever Tony Watson, reports Todd Zolecki of MLB.com.

He’ll be in Major League Spring Training and compete for a bullpen job.

The 35-year-old Watson would earn $3M if he makes the big league roster, per Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports.
