It’s a down year for the Big 5 or the City 6, or whatever you call college hoops in this greatest of all basketball towns.
Villanova will have to win the Big East to make the Big Dance, and that’s not going to happen.
So, the only team with even a semblance of roots in Philly is Rutgers, which is an 11-seed in Joe Lunardi’s first Bracketology!
