D’Andre Swift had another 50-yard run while later adding one of the more memorable touchdowns in recent team history for the Detroit Lions in their 36-27 win against the Washington Commanders.
Swift finished with 56 yards on only five carries. He caught two passes for 31 yards and one touchdown.
Not too shabby for someone dealing with an ankle injury.
Swift broke a 50-yard run off the right tackle in the first quarter, and looked to have enough room to score, but was caught from behind while making a move at the 7-yard line.
