Phillies’ closer Jonathan Papelbon is having a fine 2015, but even he is anticipating getting traded before the July 31 deadline, so……..
He recently shaved $500,000 off the asking price for his 15th floor unit at the swank 1706, and listing agent Kelly Pendino Betley of BHHS Fox & Roach told Philly mag that the deal is expected to close in late June. The home was most recently listed at $6.4 million and Pendino Betley confirms, “he got close to asking.”
