De’Anthony Melton provided a boost off the bench with 19 points (7-for-15 FGs), six rebounds, two assists, four steals, one block and five triples against the Bulls.
After shining in a spot start on Saturday, Melton returned to his role off the bench with James Harden back in the lineup.
Despite that, Melton still provided a much-needed boost off the bench in this game. Doc Rivers has turned to him to play more minutes with P.J. Tucker sidelined, which has allowed him to provide big numbers over their last two games.
The 76ers play three more games this week, and if Tucker remains sidelined, Melton should continue to put up big numbers, even if he’s coming off the bench.
