Earlier this week Nuggets two-way guard Collin Gillespie suffered a lower left leg fracture.
Gillespie underwent surgery last night in Philadelphia, PA to repair the fracture.
He will be out indefinitely and updates will be provided when necessary.
The Villanova product underwent surgery Friday night in Philly to repair the fracture, which occurred while Gillespie was participating in a pickup basketball game earlier this week, according to a team source.
The fracture is the second significant health setback in the past two years for the two-time Big East Player of the Year, who tore an MCL near the end of the Wildcats’ 2021 season.
