The Eagles beat the Giants 22-16 in a game that was closer than Eagles fans expected, but as they say, a win’s a win.
They clinched the NFC’s No. 1 seed and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts returned after missing the past two games due to a sprained shoulder he suffered in the Eagles’ Week 15 win over the Bears.
Hurts went 20-of-35 for 229 yards with no touchdowns and an interception.
The Giants locked up the No. 6 seed prior to Sunday’s game and are 9-7-1 on the season.
The Eagles (14-3) clinched the NFC East and a first-round bye with the Week 18 victory.
