Lane Johnson was a last-minute scratch last Sunday against the Bills due to soreness he felt in th egroun area.
He suffered a torn adductor in his groin last season, and he missed the Eagles final two regular season games. He did return for the playoffs, however, and suited up for the Super Bowl.
Johnson underwent surgery last February and was fully cleared in May.
The No. 4 overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft hadn’t missed a game in 2023 until the Bills contest.
Lane Johnson told me that he's feeling good and he feels like he will be ready for this Sunday's game against the 49ers. He said he popped some scar tissue in his groin from last year, which is why he was not active against the Bills.
