WHY ARE LAKERS FANS STILL PINING FOR SIXERS’ JAH OKAFOR?

You can make the argument that Jahlil Okafor showed he would have a much better future than D’Angelo Russell in his rookie season. He averaged 17 points and 7 rebounds with the Sixers while Russell averaged 13 points and 3 assist with the Lakers. However, Okafor statistically was one of the top 5 worst defensive centers in the league and was a below par rebounder. By the next season, things turned for the worst for Okafor as he dealt with an abundance of injuries and had lost his starting position and a lot of his minutes due to Nerlens Noel and Joel Embiid rising. Where Okafor got worst, D’Angelo Russell got better:
