For the second straight game, LeBron James was sublime, the Golden State Warriors were a shadow of themselves and the Cleveland Cavaliers had shots to win in the fourth quarter, only to watch the Warriors sneak into overtime at the last second. This time, though, the Cavaliers held on and strutted out of Oracle Arena with a 95-93 win.
James screamed in euphoria as the stunned Warriors fans sulked out of the arena. He had a triple-double—39 points, 16 rebounds and 11 assists—and somehow won a Finals game almost all by himself. A team that consists of one extraordinary player and enough ordinary players is now three wins from a championship.
