Cooper Kupp caught 9-of-11 targets for 183 yards and a touchdown in the Rams’ Divisional Round win over the Bucs.
Kupp was having a great day heading into the final seconds of the game.
He had already crossed the 100-yard mark and had a score.
Then, with roughly 30 seconds left, he connected with Matthew Stafford twice for 64 yards. The second catch, which was good for 44 yards, set up Matt Gay for a game-winning field goal.
This performance gave Kupp 12 games over the century mark on the year. Including playoffs, he is now tied for the most 100-yard games in a single season.
After looking unrecoverable all season, it’s fitting that Kupp would be the one to end Tom Brady’s season. The Rams face the 49ers in the NFC Championship next week. The 49ers have a stout defense but cornerback play is one of their few weaknesses. Kupp will enter the penultimate week of the postseason as the top fantasy option at wide receiver.
