Phils first baseman Rhys Hoskins hit a two-run homer off Luis Patino in today’s 9-2 win over the Rays.
The Phillies actually had Hoskins hitting seventh behind Didi Gregorius a few days ago, but it looks like he’ll probably open the season batting fifth.
In the five years since he’s debuted, Hoskins has a 126 OPS+, compared to 122 for Nick Castellanos and 118 for Kyle Schwarber.
