The Flyers are really good at the things that don’t show up on the ice or in the stats.
Like Gritty.
And remodeling the upper reaches of the Wells Fargo Center to make it more fan-friendly.
And now they have rolled out another diversion from the fact that the team will probably miss the playoffs again:
Flyers’ president of business operations Valerie Camillo announced a new policy that addresses concerns raised by arena staff who have had to suffer way more abuse from fans:
“We have the best event staff in the country, and they work tirelessly to ensure that everyone in our arena – from our guests to our players and performers – has a great experience. This new code of conduct is first and foremost about supporting them in a fast-paced environment with thousands of people in our arena almost every night,.”
