HERE’S WHY EX-EAGLE RON JAWORSKI IS THE WORST ANALYST ON TV!

By Peter Gleason

If you want to know how wrong ESPN NFL analyst can be — as in always — check out his comments about Nick Foles, who lit up the sky with the Eagles in 2013 with 27 TDs and only two picks and then careened down to his level of incompetence after Chip Kelly traded him away.

He got benched in St. Louis and last week got picked off the scrap heap by the Chiefs’ Andy Reid, who drafted him for the Eagles four years ago.

Two years ago Jaworski offered up a comparison of Foles and Russell Wilson. Given a choice between the two, which would he pick?

“I’m taking Foles,” Jaworski said. “Not even close. Russell Wilson is just . . . because of that system he is in. Russell Wilson plays with that defense, the best in football. He just managed the game very well. I think Russell Wilson has played terrific, a great maturity, but I’m going to take Nick Foles.”
