Joel Embiid led the 76ers with 41 points (12-for-21 FGs, 17-for-18 FTs), 12 rebounds, five assists and three blocks in last night’s 110-107 loss to the Celtics on Saturday.
After Jayson Tatum hit a 3-pointer with 1.8 seconds left in the game, Embiid launched a shot from the opposite 3-point line and hit it. Unfortunately, it was just after the buzzer sounded, so the shot was waved off, and the Celtics won the game.
Embiid still had an incredible night and was as unstoppable as ever. He is a serious candidate for MVP.
What an insane way to lose that game. pic.twitter.com/bbUditfkdg
