Suns forward Dario Saric left the game for good when he injured his right knee toward the end of the first quarter in Game 1 of the NBA Finals vs. the Milwaukee Bucks.
Saric got ahold of the loose ball when he kicked it out to forward Jae Crowder on the perimeter.
After completing the pass to Crowder, Saric immediately grabbed his right knee in pain.
