HARRIS WAS A VILLAIN WITH SIXERS: SOME NBA TEAM WILL SIGN HIM!

By Tommy Matthews

A five-year, $180 million contract – along with a (perhaps unfair) perception that the Sixers chose him in 2019 over Jimmy Butler – made Harris a fan villain in Philly.

But his numbers (17.6 PPG, 6.6 RPG, 3.1 APG, .488/.369/.856 shooting) will attract some NBA team to his free agency.

Harris should have no problem finding another team willing to give him a nice multiyear deal — he’s still a productive, efficient scorer, and while he’s not an elite defender, he has the size to match up with a wide variety of wings and forwards.
