Eagles coach Doug Pederson confirmed yesterday that defensive end Brandon Graham is in concussion protocol after suffering a head injury during the Eagles’ game in Washington.

Graham, who hasn’t missed a game because of an injury since 2010, got hurt early in the fourth quarter during a short pass from Dwayne Haskins to Terry McLaurin.

He was slow to get up and slowly walked off the field with a trainer. He did not return to the game.

As is the case with concussions, there’s no telling how long Graham will be out or whether he’ll be able to play against the Rams on Sunday. Generally — but not always — players who suffer concussions miss at least one game.
