March Madness is in full swing with the first full day of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament, and it didn’t take long to see some major upsets.
No. 15 seed Princeton shocked No. 2 Arizona, hours after No. 13 seed Furman stunned No. 4 Virginia with a late three-pointer.
Elsewhere, Maryland held on to beat West Virginia; defending champion Kansas struggled early against Howard before establishing control; and top-seeded Houston fended off an upset bid from No. 16 Northern Kentucky.
