Flyers forward Kevin Hayes is expected to be out 3 to 4 weeks after he had a procedure Tuesday morning to drain fluid from his adductor region.
Hayes has nine points in 20 games played this season, while averaging 15:51 of ice time, and has missed time this season due to preseason abdominal surgery and then reinjuring the issue.
The Flyers have 34 points in 39 games and a .434 points percentage.
