Usain Bolt, the fastest man in the world, will not be at this week’s Penn Relays.

His agent Ricky Simms confirmed today that Bolt will not be at Franklin Field for the Relays, which are being held tomorrow through Saturday at historic Franklin Field on the Penn campus.

Bolt, the world record holder in both the 100 and 200-meter dash and a 6-time Olympic gold medalist, last competed at the Penn Relays in 2010 when he electrified the Franklin Field crowd by anchoring Jamaica to victory in the USA vs. the World 4×100-meter relay.
