Ex-Sixer Lou Williams intends to continue playing next season, according to his agent, Wallace Prather
Williams averaged 6.3 points per game with 1.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game last season in 14.3 minutes for the Hawks.
He is now a free agent and, according to his agent, the 17-year veteran has no plan to retire.
“(Williams) is not pursuing retirement, and I’ll be proactive in talking to teams during free agency,” Prather said.
The Sixers drafted Williams in 2005 and he played his first seven seasons in Philly.
He has a lifetime slash of 13.9 PPG and 3.4 APG and could be a fine bench point guard.
