Jalen Brunson has meetings scheduled with the Knicks, Mavericks and the Heat when free agency opens tonight, according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.
The Knicks have presented Brunson with a 4-year, $110M contract, so you’d think they are still the clear frontrunners here.
The Mavericks aren’t giving up hope though, as Mark Cuban, GM Nico Harrison, coach Jason Kidd and “potentially a few players are expected” to attend Brunson’s free agency pitch.
As for Miami, they are considered a dark horse team and would need to develop a sign-and-trade agreement to pry him away from Dallas.
