EX-EAGLE DT BENNIE LOGAN MISSED CHIEFS’ PRACTICE WITH A KNEE!

By Jack Ryan

Ex-Eagles defensive tackle Bennie Logan missed Monday’s Chiefs practice after suffering a knee contusion during the season opener against New England.

“Bennie Logan has got a little bit of a knee, kind of quad contusion, but there’s a pretty good chance he practices,” coach Andy Reid said, adding he did not believe Logan’s injury a long-term issue.

The Chiefs appear relatively unscathed injury-wise following the season’s first week. Left guard Parker Ehinger and linebacker Reggie Ragland were the only other players limited in practice. Both continue recovering from knee injuries last season and appear unlikely to play this week against Philly.

Safety Ron Parker, who missed practice time last week with an ankle injury, returned to full workouts yesterday.
