Joel Embiid and the Sixers have had a good couple weeks, currently on a six-game winning streak, having picked up a big road win Wednesday against the Cavs at Cleveland.
Embiid continues his dominance, leading the NBA in scoring at 33.5 ppg.
The last 76er center to lead the NBA in scoring was named Wilt Chamberlain, who did it in 1966 with the identical average.
For good measure, Embiid just turned 29 years old, prime years for any player.
that's six in a row. 😮💨

Embiid and James Harden lead the league in scoring and assists, a very rare feat for teammates, last done in the 1981-82 season by the Spurs’ George Gervin and Johnny Moore.
Guard Tyrese Maxey has given the team great scoring punch since becoming a starter again — key to having that 3rd option when playoff time comes.
