The Eagles placed TE Tyree Jackson (knee) on injured reserve.
Jackson spent the first 10 weeks on PUP recovering from a knee injury.
He was limited to five games before a second knee injury ended his season.
Jackson going on IR means Jack Stoll and rookie TE Grant Calcaterra will close out the year behind Dallas Goedert.
