A.J. Brown caught 1-of-4 targets for seven yards in the Eagles loss to the Commanders.
Brown briefly left the game after coming up limping following a short catch in the first quarter.
He was on the field for Philly’s next drive and didn’t seem bothered by the ankle issue but did not catch a pass in the remaining three-quarters of action.
After the game, Brown said, “I’ll be good.”
Brown also had a chance to rack up some yards on a long throw from Jalen Hurts. The ball was placed perfectly past a pair of defenders, but it bounced off Brown’s hands and into the arms of Washington safety Darrick Forrest. It was a cruel night for anyone needing more than two points from Brown in fantasy leagues, but he should have no problem rebounding as a WR1 versus the Colts next week.
