Taking the Washington Commanders lightly for most of this game almost cost the Eagles a victory.
But they won their 4th straight on the leg of Jake Elliott’s 54 yard FG, 34-31, to remain undefeated along with the 49ers in the league at 4-0.
Jalen Hurts had a big day throwing for 319 yards, two perfect strikes to AJ Brown of 59 yards and 31.
Hurts wanted to get Brown more action, hooking up with star wide receiver for 175 yards on 9 receptions.
Sleepwalking through the first half can be dangerous.
