The Eagles are moving to shore up their woeful offensive line in free agency.

According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the Eagles have signed guard Brandon Brooks to a five-year, $40 million deal.

The former Texans guard is an immediate upgrade to an Eagles line which never brought in enough reinforcements last year, and the results showed early on.

His signing also continues a dizzying few days, with all the old Chip Kelly guys going out and a new crop of Howie Roseman guys coming in.
