By Ben Sullivan

The Eagles signed defensive back Parry Nickerson, who was a sixth-round pick of the Jets in 2018 out of Tulane.

At 5-10, 179 pounds, Nickerson has played in 30 games (three starts) for the Jets, Jaguars (2019), Packers (2020), Vikings (2021), and Dolphins (2023).

Last season, Nickerson played in five games for Miami under the tutelage of Defensive Coordinator Vic Fangio, who is now with the Eagles.

A native of Algiers, Louisiana, Nickerson spent five years at Tulane where he started 46 games and amassed 188 tackles, 16 interceptions (second in school history), 31 passes defensed (third in school history), and scored two touchdowns. As a senior, Nickerson was named by Sports Illustrated as a second-team All-American.

With Nickerson, the Eagles have 20 players in the secondary on the 90-man roster entering Training Camp.
